These terms cover consulting and software services from FINITI LABS LTD (“we”, “us”). The company is registered in England and Wales. Company number 16764346. Services
We provide consulting and software services. That work includes AI ops systems, automations, AI agents, and operating systems built in Notion, ClickUp, and Obsidian, for founders, coaches, agencies, and small operators.
How work is bought
The entry point is an AI Workflow Audit. The fee is $500 (500 US dollars). It is a 60 to 90 minute discovery session. You receive an opportunity map, the top 3 ROI builds, recommended tools and architecture, and a roadmap.
Further work is a build sprint or a monthly retainer. Both are scoped after the audit. The scope, fee, and timing for that work are agreed in writing before it starts. Email is enough. This site does not state a price for a build sprint or a monthly retainer.
Starting
Email finitilabs@gmail.com. An audit enquiry can use the subject “AI Workflow Audit enquiry”. Booking the audit by email confirms the $500 fee. A build sprint or a monthly retainer starts only after we confirm its scope and fee in writing.
Your part
You provide timely, accurate information and the access the work needs. You review what we deliver before you rely on it, including anything produced with AI tools.
Fees
The AI Workflow Audit is $500. Any later fee is the fee agreed in writing after the audit. We invoice in the way that writing describes.
Intellectual property
Once you have paid for a piece of work, you own the deliverables made specifically for you in that work. We keep our existing methods, templates, and tools. We may reuse general know-how that does not reveal your confidential information.
Confidentiality
Each of us keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only for the work, unless the law requires disclosure.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law of England and Wales does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from a piece of work is limited to the fees you paid us for that work. We do not warrant that an AI system, automation, or agent will be uninterrupted or free of errors. You decide what to rely on.
If you deal with us as a consumer, you keep any rights that these terms cannot take away.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives a consumer the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
